I bought the Hoover brand dishwasher with high expectations, but unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing serious problems from the very first day. The machine has never worked properly. It leaves dishes dirty and doesn’t fully dissolve the detergent. Even when I run the program twice, I still don’t get clean dishes. I feel like the money I paid was completely wasted. The interior design is extremely poor—it's as if it was made only to wash plates. It's almost impossible to fit in two pots. The upper rack is unsuitable for glasses—awkward and impractical. There’s no salt indicator or rinse aid indicator. Not a single feature is designed to make things easier for the user. They said there was a pre-wash function, but it’s completely ineffective. Cleaning the filter is also extremely difficult and time-consuming. I’ve never come across such an inconvenient machine before. Even my old dishwasher performed much better. I haven’t been able to use any feature of this product properly. Even if customer satisfaction doesn’t matter to the brand, I demand the right to return such a faulty and problematic product. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
