Hoover Aspirator Burned My House Down

I have a set of built-in appliances in my kitchen made by Hoover. Ever since I bought my apartment, the HDM656BTK model vacuum cleaner has been acting up all the time. It would sometimes turn on and off without warning and occasionally not work at all. I've contacted the service multiple times about these problems. The service fixed the aspirator, and I kept using it. On September 29, 2023, there was a fire in my house because of the HDM656BTK model vacuum cleaner. According to the fire report from the Istanbul Fire Department, they found that the aspirator caused the fire. Because of the fire, I lost money in my kitchen. My kids and partner went through some emotional trauma. I sent a message to Candy Hoover Eurasia Home Appliances Industry and Trade Corporation asking for compensation for the losses I experienced. They didn't respond well. So, I found out later from a letter I received on 05/30/2023 from the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, Directorate General for Metrology and Industrial Product Safety, that the Hoover HDM656BTK vacuum cleaner model didn't meet safety standards.
