Water Resistance Issue on the Honor Magic Watch 2

I'm writing about my Honor Magic Watch 2 smartwatch, which I've had for about two years. While swimming, just a month before the warranty expired, the screen detached from the frame, and water seeped inside. Despite its claim of being water-resistant up to 50 meters and having swimming modes for both pools and open water, the watch had never been dropped and the screen had no scratches, dents, or cracks. Surprisingly, after an examination by Honor's authorized technical service, Istech, I was informed that the problem was due to user error and thus not covered by warranty and that no replacement parts were available for repair. I strongly urge the company to thoroughly investigate this matter, address the problem, and correct the situation in a manner consistent with the brand's reputation. Otherwise, I'll have no choice but to pursue my rights through the legal system, and I expect all parties involved to take this seriously.
