Apple Watch Failed in Shallow Water and Warranty Did Not Provide a Solution

The Apple Watch is designed to be waterproof up to 50 meters, but in a pool less than 2 meters deep, my watch was damaged by water and no longer works. When I sought warranty service, I was told it could not be repaired due to the lack of a screw system. Despite the watch's intended purpose, I have not been provided with a solution. I am requesting support from the brand and asking to be contacted as soon as possible. Instead of resolving the issue, I have been repeatedly referred to different departments, wasting my time by being directed to the store for information that could have been provided via live support, yet no results have been achieved.
