I Face Screen Shattering On Honor Magic 7 Lite Despite Durability Claims

I purchased the Honor Magic 7 Lite from Vatan Bilgisayar when it was first released, largely influenced by the company’s promotional videos and durability tests. In those demonstrations, the phone was dropped from 3–4 floors high without any visible damage. Trusting these claims, I chose this device expecting long-term durability.

However, after only 7–8 months of normal use, the phone slipped from my hand at 23:12 one evening and fell to the ground. To my surprise and disappointment, the entire screen shattered instantly. I did not expect such fragile performance from a phone that was marketed as highly resistant to drops.

This experience has left me frustrated, as the device did not live up to its advertised durability standards. I believe customers should not be misled by exaggerated durability tests in marketing campaigns. I request screen replacement under warranty or, if this is not possible, a partial refund or product exchange. I expect Honor and Vatan Bilgisayar to take responsibility and provide a fair solution.
