I purchased the Honor Magic 7 Pro (512 GB, 12 GB RAM) through Hepsiburada.com on April 16, 2025, paying the full amount upfront with my credit card. I chose Hepsiburada because it’s listed as an official seller on Honor’s own website. I was told the phone would be delivered by May 2, yet here we are well past that date, and I still haven’t received anything.
How is it acceptable in this day and age to sell a product that’s not in stock? If the phone wasn’t available, it shouldn’t have been listed for sale. To make matters worse, I missed a great deal on the same model elsewhere because my credit card limit was already maxed out after paying Honor’s full price.
And what about the promotional tablet that was supposed to come with the phone? That was never sent either. Why are some customers receiving it and others aren’t—especially when we paid the same amount and waited even longer?
This is not what I expected from a brand like Honor. The purchase experience itself has been a huge disappointment. If you’re planning to buy from them, be warned—you may face delays, unfulfilled promises, and zero accountability.
