I Face Constant Connection Problems With Honor Choice Earbuds X5
I purchased the Honor Choice Earbuds X5 Bluetooth headphones (White) on 06.05.2024 through Hepsiburada (Order No: 808 159 828). For the past four days, the device has been experiencing serious connection problems. I tried every possible solution, including resetting the earbuds and testing them with different devices, but the problem still persists. This issue started suddenly and has made the earbuds unreliable for daily use.
I have not yet been able to contact customer service, and I am not fully sure about the warranty duration, but given that this is a relatively new product, I strongly believe it should still be covered. I am highly disappointed because I expected durability and quality from Honor, and this problem affects both my work and personal use.
I am requesting a product replacement as soon as possible under the warranty terms. I urge Honor to take responsibility for the faulty product and provide me with a quick resolution.
