Honor 400 Sent To Fake Service Center - Phone Not Returned

On September 23, 2025, I purchased an Honor 400 smartphone from Hepsiburada. Shortly after, I experienced an issue with the charging port, which had a loose connection. While searching online for an “Honor service center,” I found one claiming to be authorized, located in Ritim AVM, Maltepe, Istanbul, with the phone number 0850 305 5425. They assured me that they were an official Honor service provider, so I sent my device to the address they provided. However, despite a long period passing, I have neither received my device back nor been given any updates. I called multiple times but received no clear information, and the staff even mocked me over the phone. The only communication I received was a single SMS with no tracking or service reference number. My phone was brand new, still under warranty, and I have the original invoice. When I contacted Honor customer support, I was informed that the place I had sent my phone to was not an authorized Honor service center, and that no such service or phone number exists in their records. My device has effectively gone missing, and I have been left completely misled and inconvenienced. I hereby request that my device be returned to me immediately, or that I receive a full refund or a replacement device of the same model.
