Honor Magic 8 Lite Fast Charging Not Working

When I purchased the Honor Magic 8 Lite smartphone, there was no charging adapter included in the box. At the time of purchase, I was told that I could use the included cable with any charging adapter to charge the phone, so I did not buy an additional adapter. However, when I tried charging the phone with the cable provided in the box, I was unable to use either the fast charging or super fast charging features.

Despite trying different cables and adapters, I have not been able to access the promised super fast charging capability. The cable included in the box has been a complete disappointment in this regard. Additionally, it is nearly impossible to find the original Honor charging adapter and cable on the market, which puts users at a disadvantage.

Instead of offering promotional gifts like a smartwatch, I would have expected Honor to include at least the original cable and adapter necessary to achieve the advertised fast charging speeds. At this point, it is unclear how I am supposed to obtain the original charging accessories. I request that Honor address this issue promptly, clearly inform users about how to access original fast-charging-supported adapters and cables, and ensure that future product boxes include these essential accessories.
