Problems with Samsung's M23 Software Update
I had a frustrating issue after I updated my Samsung M23 phone. Every morning, when I connect my fast charger to my phone, it only detects it as a regular cable charge. I've tried everything to fix this issue, but nothing has worked so far. It's confusing because every time my phone updates, it feels like something is missing. Also, the front camera isn't working properly, and the charger and headphones that came with the phone are really low quality. I'm starting to think maybe it's time to give up and switch to an iPhone®. I'm so annoyed with these issues that popped up after the update. It's really making me think about switching to a different brand and system.
I put a case and a unbreakable glass on the M23 device I bought brand new. The case caused stains on the back cover, and it just won't go away. I never expected a big company like Samsung to deteriorate in quality like this. When I told customer service, they said it's user error. This is absurd; I never used it without a case, and there are permanent stains. I want consumers to be more conscious and make their choices accordingly.
