I Face Fast Charging Failure with My Honor 90 After 1.5 Years of Use
I’ve been using the Honor 90 for about 1.5 years, and while it used to fast charge (SuperCharge) flawlessly in the beginning, it no longer does so consistently. Now, it only fast charges if I unplug and replug the cable a few times—and even then, it’s not guaranteed to work. This issue started recently, and it’s incredibly frustrating for a phone that used to perform so well when I first bought it.
I contacted Honor customer service to get help, but their only suggestion was to send the device in for inspection, with no further troubleshooting or explanation offered. This lack of support is disappointing. I expected better guidance or a fix, especially since I’ve always used the original charging brick and cable provided in the box.
Is anyone else having the same problem? Is this a known issue with the charging port or the software? I’d like Honor to offer a reliable solution—either a software update, cable replacement, or a clear repair option. Please resolve this problem promptly before it worsens.
