Honor Magic 8 Lite Camera Distorts Faces in Low Light

I purchased an Honor Magic 8 Lite smartphone from a business seller through the Trendyol app at the end of March 2026. Since I started using the device, I have noticed that the camera produces seriously distorted and abnormal images, especially when taking photos in the evening and at night. When I zoom in on the photos, there are obvious distortions and unnatural warping in facial features, including the mouth, eyes, and overall shape of the face. Because of this issue, I am extremely dissatisfied with the device.

Since I purchased the phone brand new, this level of camera performance and image distortion is absolutely unacceptable. I have not yet contacted an authorized service center, but because I believe the product may be defective, I am requesting a direct replacement rather than a repair.

I kindly request that the necessary inspection be carried out and that my device be replaced with a fully functional unit so that this issue can be resolved.
