Honor 90 Smart Watch Bluetooth Connecting Problem
I did a lot of research and finally got the Honor 90 phone. I've been telling a lot of people about it because it's supposed to have some cool features like a headphone jack and a Gorilla Glass screen. I got the phone ready and then connected it to my watch. I opened the Honor Health app and looked for my watch, but I couldn't see it. I thought maybe it was connected to my other phone, so I removed the pairing, checked again, and still nothing. So, while I was exploring, I accidentally found the help section and came across something really surprising! The Honor Health app doesn't work with the Honor Magic Watch 2 right now. I thought Honor was kidding, but no, they were completely serious. They recommended using the Petal Health app instead, and even though I wasn't too keen on the idea, I went ahead and installed it with thoughts of love swirling in my head. But I had to create another account. So, I entered my information, gave permission for a few things, and thought I was finished. But then, the server didn't respond. They told me to try again later. Feeling frustrated, I made the decision to give the Huawei Health app a try since I had used it on my previous phone. I was surprised to find out that it was taken off Google Play in April. We were able to find and install it from a website that isn't the official one, and we finally connected the watch. But here's another strange thing: if you don't connect the watch to a phone, you can't use it. Can you believe it? Yeah, I thought the same thing. The watch is currently on the pairing screen, and you won't be able to access any other screens or menus until you pair it with a phone. Basically, if you don't pair the watch, it becomes useless. It's 2024, and still, this is what's happening. Are you making these phones secretly, or is your quality control not good enough? Every brand has its flaws, but this was unbelievable. What do you mean by not being able to recognize your own product? Give me your phones or any other electronic gadgets, and I'll check them out. I'm serious about this, no kidding. I'm willing to work together on this. I found these problems before even using the phone. Let's see what happens when I actually start using it.
Today, I was called by customer service and made some suggestions. The customer service representative approached very positively and gave the impression that the company is concerned. They don't respond much on Şikayetvar, but if you write on their own site, you receive a response via email or call. For your information. Thanks...
