I own an Honor 400 Pro smartphone and a Honor Band 6 smart band, but since the first day of use I have been unable to pair them through the Honor Health app. The issue is very specific: the app recognizes and allows me to manually add Band 7, Band 8, and Band 9, but there is no option to add Band 6. As a result, the app simply does not detect my device.
I am running the latest version of the Honor Health app and my phone is on Android 15, yet the Band 6 still cannot be found. After doing some research, I realized this is not just my problem—many other Honor users are reporting the same issue. The only way I managed to pair my device was by downloading the Huawei Health app, which makes no sense when both products are from the same brand.
This level of incompatibility between Honor’s own smartphone and fitness band is extremely disappointing. I purchased these devices expecting smooth integration within the same ecosystem. I request that Honor updates the Health app to fully support the Band 6 model, so that it can be paired directly and without issues. I expect an urgent fix to restore the proper functionality of my devices.
