Honor Magic Watch 2 Update Problem


I bought the Honor MagicWatch 2 46mm about a year ago, and since then, they haven't given any updates or support. It's weird that Huawei provides update support for their GT2 watch, but my Honor Watch doesn't get any updates. When I reached out to Honor Turkey, they said that the watch is covered by Huawei's warranty. They mentioned that they released updates for their products in April, but they won't provide support for my watch because it was made by Huawei. Why don't products that are sold at similar prices receive equal treatment? The Honor Magic Watch doesn't work as well as the Huawei GT2. It has some limitations, like not being able to load watch faces on iOS. Your customer service is not good at giving clear information about whether there are any updates available. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
