Honor 400 Pro Overheats and Battery Drains Too Fast
I purchased my Honor 400 Pro through Hepsiburada about four months ago. Even during normal everyday use, without playing games or running demanding apps, the phone becomes excessively hot. In addition, the battery drains much faster than expected. Even on days when I use the phone lightly, the battery life is far shorter than what I would expect from a device that is only a few months old.
Although the phone is only four months old, it has already developed noticeable performance issues. It frequently slows down, stutters, and occasionally freezes for extended periods. I have also encountered various software and interface glitches that have significantly affected my overall experience. Despite these serious problems, I am reluctant to send the phone to a service center because I am concerned that a device I purchased brand new could be returned in worse condition or that the underlying issues will not be fully resolved. Experiencing this many problems in such a short period has left me very disappointed with the phone's quality and performance.
Over the years, I have owned several Honor smartphones and chose Honor again because I believed the brand suited my needs. However, if these issues are not addressed, I will seriously consider switching to another brand, such as Apple or Samsung, for my next phone.
I request that Honor and Hepsiburada replace my device because of these ongoing issues. If possible, I would also appreciate being offered an upgrade to a higher-end model. I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed promptly and that an appropriate solution be provided.
