Honor 400 Screen Freezing and Touch Issues

My name is Yusuf O*****. On December 3, 2025, I purchased an Honor 400 smartphone through Hepsiburada, shipped from the Gebze warehouse, and paid approximately $434 for the device. Since the day I bought the phone, I have not been satisfied with it and have been experiencing serious issues, especially with the screen.

The screen does not scroll upward smoothly, frequently freezes, and makes the phone very difficult to use. In addition, the phone takes photos on its own without any input from me, which is extremely concerning from both a usability and security standpoint. These issues have prevented me from using the device properly since the first day.

I have not yet contacted technical service or customer support because I believe that a brand-new phone should not have such fundamental issues in such a short time. As I am completely dissatisfied with the product and these problems have destroyed my trust in the device’s overall quality, I request a full return of my Honor 400 phone and a refund of the amount I paid.

I ask that the issues I experienced be thoroughly reviewed and that I receive a response regarding my refund request as soon as possible.
