GCash Unauthorized ₱699 Auto Debit by Hong Kong Vcreation

On November 1, 2026, an amount of 699.00 was deducted from my GCash balance as an auto debit for the merchant HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED with merchant reference AD2116760977662771200. I did not subscribe to any service, click any link, or approve any payment to this merchant, and I have no prior relationship, subscription, or agreement with them. I am the owner of the GCash account linked to mobile number 09510687***, and I did not authorize this transaction in any way. For me, this is an unauthorized or fraudulent charge taken from my GCash account without my consent. I am requesting a full refund of the 699.00 back to my GCash wallet and that this merchant be permanently blocked from charging my GCash account again. I also request that this incident be properly investigated so that similar unauthorized deductions do not happen again to me or to other GCash users. I am providing a screenshot of the transaction as supporting evidence and I am hoping for a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
