On 31 August 2026 at 23:27:53, a 10,000 KRW payment for “36175-Anxiety Test Renewal” was charged to me via Naver Pay without my clear intention or consent for renewal. The receipt shows that the payment was taken by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited. I was not properly informed about this automatic renewal and did not wish to continue the service, so I consider this charge to be unauthorized. I request the immediate cancellation of this renewal and a full refund of the 10,000 KRW to my original payment method, and I also ask that any future automatic charges related to this service be completely blocked.
