TrueMoney Charged 100 THB By Hong Kong QuXin Technology Without Consent

I recently discovered two payments of 50 THB each, dated 10 April 2026 at 01:36, from my TrueMoney account to Hong Kong QuXin Technology. The total of 100 THB was taken without my clear consent or knowledge of subscribing to any of their services. After noticing these charges, I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but the problem has not been properly resolved and I still do not understand what service I was charged for. I request that the total amount of 100 THB taken by Hong Kong QuXin Technology be fully refunded and that any subscription, service or automatic renewal linked to my TrueMoney account be completely cancelled so that no further money is taken without my clear approval.
