Funtesto Cancellation And Refund

Recently, I discovered that my wallet was being auto‑deducted for a subscription linked to Funtesto.com. Without my clear consent for recurring payments, 10.00 RM was charged on 21/07/2026 via my e‑wallet to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited, as shown in the attached records. I want this subscription with Funtesto.com to be fully cancelled so that no further automatic deductions are made from my wallet. In addition, I request a refund of the last charge of 10.00 RM that was taken on 21/07/2026, because I did not knowingly agree to this recurring payment. I kindly ask you to review this situation, cancel the subscription immediately, stop all future auto‑deductions from my wallet, and refund the last payment to my original payment method.
