Dyson Does Not Provide Spare Parts In Türkiye

I live in Istanbul and I am using a Dyson V8 Absolute vacuum cleaner. The charger of my device no longer works and I have been trying to obtain a replacement charger for about a month, but I cannot reach any result. The spare parts for the product are supplied through Dyson’s official website, but every time I check, the charger appears as “out of stock” and there is no clear information about when it will be available again. Because of this, I cannot use my vacuum cleaner at all. I request that a compatible charger for my Dyson V8 Absolute be supplied to me urgently, or that a clear and near date be given for when this spare part will be provided, so that I can use the product I have purchased again.
