Unauthorized 250 PHP Charge by Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited
On July 11, 2026, 250 PHP was deducted from my Maya account in favor of a company listed as Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited / HONGKONG QUIXIN TECH CO., LIMITED without my knowledge or consent. I did not knowingly purchase any product or service from this merchant, and I did not authorize the transaction in any way. I only became aware of the charge after checking my Maya account and noticing that the payment had been completed. To date, I have not received any product, service, receipt, or explanation related to this transaction, and I do not recognize the company. This incident has caused me serious concern that the security of my account or card may have been compromised. I kindly request a full refund of the unauthorized 250 PHP charge, a thorough investigation into the transaction, and the blocking of any future payments to this merchant to protect my account from similar unauthorized charges.
