TrueMoney Wallet Unauthorized Quxin Deductions Since June 10

I am using the TrueMoney Wallet service and recently discovered that money has been deducted by Quxin from my balance automatically without my knowledge or permission. I did not make any transactions or use the service at the times these deductions were made, yet the system still took money from my wallet. The automatic deductions started around 10 June, and in total about 50฿ has been taken from my TrueMoney Wallet. I have not contacted TrueMoney customer service yet about this issue, because I first want to clearly state that I never authorized these payments and I do not know what they are for. I kindly request that TrueMoney checks my account, explains clearly why these automatic deductions have occurred, and refunds the deducted amount of 50฿ to my TrueMoney Wallet as soon as possible. I also ask that any automatic payments or hidden subscriptions causing this be cancelled so that this problem does not happen again.
