QuXin Charged My TrueMoney Account Without My Consent

I am writing to report that QuXin has charged me without my consent and to request that this service be cancelled immediately. I signed up on my mobile phone and the payment was taken through TrueMoney. Recently, an amount of 50 baht was charged from my TrueMoney account even though I did not give any consent or permission for this deduction. This situation makes me very angry and it feels like a form of deception, because I never agreed to any automatic charging. After noticing the deduction, I contacted TrueMoney customer service. They informed me that I should contact QuXin directly about this issue. However, I have not been able to reach QuXin through the contact channels I tried, so I am now submitting this complaint. I request that the QuXin service linked to my TrueMoney account in Thailand be cancelled immediately so that no further unauthorized charges are made. I am not asking for a refund; I only want the service to be completely cancelled and my account to be free from any future charges without my explicit consent.
