Unauthorized Hong Kong Quxin Technology Charge Deducted From My Account

I recently discovered a charge of 50 baht made through my TrueMoney account to a service called QuXin, which appears to be a Chinese service. I never knowingly registered for or used this service and I do not know when or how the subscription or registration was made. On 28 July 2569, 50 baht was deducted from my TrueMoney balance, and in the transaction details it shows a payment to QuXin. I only noticed this when I checked my TrueMoney history, and I was surprised because I have never agreed to such a service. I request that this 50 baht charge be cancelled and refunded, and that any subscription or automatic payment linked to QuXin through my TrueMoney account be immediately stopped so that no further money is deducted without my clear consent. I also ask for an explanation of how my TrueMoney account was charged for this service without my knowledge.
