Quxin Unauthorized Auto Charge – Request Refund and Subscription Cancellation

I would like to report an unauthorized auto-deduction related to Quxin. On 15 July, 50 THB was automatically deducted from my TrueMoney account in favor of Quxin without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve any subscription, service, or recurring payment to Quxin and I do not know which service this charge is supposed to be for. I have a TrueMoney transaction record that clearly shows the 50 THB payment to Quxin. I request that Quxin urgently investigate this unauthorized deduction, provide a clear explanation of why my account was charged, and immediately cancel any current or future automatic deductions linked to my TrueMoney account. I also kindly request a full refund of the 50 THB that was taken without my consent. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and to receive confirmation once the auto-deduction has been cancelled and the refund has been processed.
