QuXin Auto-Charged 50 THB After 1 THB Trial – Refund Request

I am writing about an unexpected automatic charge from QuXin through TrueMoney related to a mental health assessment for depression. When I first started using the app, I paid 1 THB as expected. However, today there was an automatic charge of 50 THB via TrueMoney to QuXin without my clear consent or prior notice. I only intended to make the initial 1 THB payment for starting the assessment and did not knowingly subscribe to any recurring or additional paid service. I request a full refund of the 50 THB that was charged today and the cancellation of any automatic or recurring payments linked to my account so that no further unauthorized charges are made.
