TrueMoney Charged Me Twice for Quxin Without My Authorization
On 27 July 2026 at 00:27, my TrueMoney account was charged 50 THB under the name “Quxin” even though I have never purchased any product or service from this company. I do not know what product or service this order is related to; I only saw that money was deducted from my account without my consent. There is also a similar payment of 50 THB to Quxin on 27 June 2026 at 00:27. The payment reference numbers shown in my history are 260627002702365SXOAI for the transaction on 27 June 2026 and 2607270027021339HROH for the transaction on 27 July 2026. These are completely unauthorized transactions, and I am very worried about the security of my TrueMoney account and my personal financial information. I respectfully request a full refund of the total 100 THB (50 THB for each unauthorized transaction), and the immediate cancellation of any orders or subscriptions linked to the above payment reference numbers. I also request that Quxin urgently investigate how these payments could be made without my authorization, confirm whether my personal or payment information has been compromised, and take all necessary measures to ensure that no further unauthorized charges can occur on my account.
