TNG eWallet Debits RM10.00 for Unauthorized Hong Kong Quxin Technology Payment
On 31 August 2026 at around 00:24, an amount of 10.00 RM was deducted from my TNG eWallet and sent to “Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited” as an e‑wallet payment. I have never knowingly used any product or service from this company, and I did not authorize or knowingly approve this specific transaction. I also did not receive any service, product, or benefit in return for this payment. I am concerned that this may be an unauthorized or incorrect charge. I request that this transaction be investigated in detail, that I be informed clearly about what this payment is related to, and that my 10.00 RM be refunded if the charge is confirmed to be erroneous or unauthorized. I also request that any similar future transactions be blocked and that I be informed about what security measures can be taken to prevent this from happening again.
