I consider this automatic charge unauthorized and unfair, as I was neither clearly informed about a recurring payment nor did I agree to such a setup. I request a full refund of the 50.00 Baht charged to my account and the immediate cancellation of all future automatic charges related to this Quxin mental health assessment package.
