Automatic Deduction Of Hong Kong Quxin, Request Refund and Cancellation

I recently noticed an automatic deduction of 50 Baht from my TrueMoney account for a transaction named “QuXin” at 16:51. I do not remember subscribing to or purchasing any specific service from QuXin, and I did not knowingly approve this payment. Since this is the first time such an automatic deduction has occurred and I have no clear information about what service was charged, I consider this transaction unauthorized from my side and I do not wish to continue with any related service. I request that this transaction be cancelled and that the 50 Baht taken from my TrueMoney account be fully refunded, and that any possible future automatic deductions related to QuXin be stopped.
