Quxin Service Charged Without Consent, Cancel Subscription

I am a True customer using the phone number 0644872***. Today, for the first time, a fee of 50 THB was deducted from my balance for a service called Quxin without my clear consent or request. I do not wish to use this Quxin service and I do not accept any further deductions related to it. I kindly request that True immediately stop and cancel all Quxin and similar value-added service charges on my number and ensure that no more service fees are deducted without my explicit approval. I would like this issue to be checked and resolved as soon as possible so that my number is protected from any unwanted service charges in the future.
