PayMaya Quxin Subscription Charge, Refund and Cancellation Requested

I am writing regarding a payment made through E-Wallet Payments / PayMaya that I want fully refunded and any related subscription canceled. On July 8, 2026 at around 4:40 PM, an amount of 250 PHP was charged via my PayMaya account registered to the mobile number 09816008***. I do not know exactly which subscription or service this payment was for, and I am not aware of having intentionally subscribed to any recurring service. I have not yet contacted your customer support about this issue. I kindly request a full refund of the 250 PHP charged on July 8, 2026, and the immediate cancellation of any active or future subscription, recurring payment, or service linked to this transaction and to my PayMaya account. I also request information on what this charge was for, so I can avoid this situation in the future.
