I Request Cancellation Of Subscription To Hong Kong Quxin With Refund

July 15 3:27 AM

For the past year I have been seeing monthly charges on my debit card from a company named “Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited,” even though I never knowingly subscribed to any of their services and do not even know what product or service they provide. Because of these unwanted charges, I started removing funds from my account around every 15th of the month to prevent the payment from going through, and I believed the subscription had effectively stopped. However, on July 15, 2026, an amount of 250 Philippine pesos was again successfully charged to my account by Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited, as shown in my Maya transaction with Reference ID C78E 8483 DD0C and Payment ID F702 0887 5A93. Including this most recent payment, the total amount charged so far is around 1,000 Philippine pesos, but I currently only have clear access to today’s 250 PHP transaction. I previously contacted my bank about these unauthorized recurring debits, but they did not resolve the issue, and I am very tired of having to deal with this every month without any clear explanation of what this subscription is. I request that Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited immediately cancel whatever subscription or recurring payment is associated with my debit card and confirm that no further charges will be made. Since I cannot find the records for the earlier three charges, I am at least requesting a refund of today’s 250 PHP charge, and if possible, a full refund of all charges made to date.
