Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited Request For Refund

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding unauthorized recurring charges made by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited in connection with an online IQ test I accessed via my Android phone using the Chrome browser. From 2 December 2025 until 2 April 2026, on the 2nd of each month, RM 26 (approximately USD 6) was deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet balance in Malaysia for payments to “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited” with the description “IQ Test.” I accessed this IQ test through a web browser and was never clearly informed that this was a paid service, that any money would be deducted from my account, or that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. For this reason, I consider these charges unauthorized because I did not knowingly agree to any paid or recurring service. I have screenshots and transaction records from my Touch ’n Go eWallet that clearly show these payments. After noticing the repeated deductions, I contacted Touch ’n Go customer service. They informed me that they are investigating the issue and advised me to first report the matter to Hong Kong QuXin and request a refund directly from you. In light of the above, I request that any subscription or service related to this IQ test and linked to my information be canceled immediately and that the full amount of RM 26 deducted on each date be refunded to me. I never agreed to join any subscription or to have recurring payments taken from my eWallet, and I believe these charges were obtained without my informed consent. If for any reason a refund is not possible, I still insist that my subscription be canceled without delay and that no further charges be made to my Touch ’n Go eWallet or any associated payment method under the name Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited or any related entity. I respectfully ask that you review these transactions, cancel any subscription associated with my details, and provide written confirmation of the cancellation and of any refund or action taken.
