Please Cancel The Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited From My Ewalllet
A few months ago, I clicked on an online IQ test link on Facebook that appeared to be free and was provided by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited. I accessed the test on my iPhone through my personal Facebook account. Throughout the entire process, there was no clear or visible indication that this was a paid service or that any fee would be charged. I completed the IQ test in good faith, believing it was completely free.
On March 23, 2026, I received an SMS from my Touch ‘n Go eWallet, which I use in Malaysia, stating that RM18 had been deducted from my account by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited for this online IQ test. I did not consent to any paid service, nor did I knowingly authorize any payment related to this test. This is the first and only transaction of this kind that I have noticed.
I consider this charge to be unfair and misleading, as the service was presented as free with no clear, upfront disclosure of any cost or subscription. I request a full refund of the RM18 deducted from my Touch ‘n Go eWallet and the immediate cancellation of any hidden, unauthorized charges or potential subscriptions related to this IQ test so that no further deductions are made from my account.
