My Account Was Banned In Umingle

I am writing because my access to Umingle via web browser has been blocked with a “You are banned” message. The ban screen shows Ban ID 60a550f7 and states the reason as “Under 18”. I am over 18 and therefore this ban reason is incorrect. I believe I was unfairly banned and that this may be related to a misunderstanding about gender, which I find very upsetting and discriminatory. I have carefully read the rules on your welcome screen, and I am not engaging in nudity, hate speech, harassment or any other prohibited behavior. After seeing that I was banned, I tried to reach Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. I currently cannot use the service at all because of this ban. I request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible, that the “Under 18” ban be removed, and that my access to Umingle be restored. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned and what criteria were used so that similar unjust bans do not happen again.
