Honda Trabzon Service - Broken Promises and Frustrating Guarantees
I got my 2022 Honda car from the Trabzon dealership, trusting the 6-year warranty. To make sure my guarantee stays valid, I got the vehicle serviced at the same place. They told me everything was good after the maintenance, so I paid 6,000 TL and left. But, only ten days later, they called and said there was a problem with the shock absorber, and they wanted 7,500 TL to repair it. When I asked why they couldn't include it in the warranty they advertised when they sold the car, they told me that this particular part only had a one-year warranty. I'm really disappointed because of the obvious lies and misleading ads. If I knew Honda was going to act like this, I wouldn't have bought it. I regret my decision and it's disappointing to see Honda not keeping their promises. I'm gonna send the same message to Honda in Japan. They should also know about these issues.
