I purchased my Honda Civic in February 2024, and six months later, an unusual rattling noise started coming from the engine. The noise has progressively worsened over time. When I first took the vehicle to the Diyarbakır Honda service center, they dismissed the sound as normal. However, after comparing with other vehicles of the same model, I realized this noise was not typical.
I returned to the service center three more times to address the issue. On my fourth visit, they replaced the timing belt tensioner, claiming the problem was resolved (proof of replacement attached). Despite this repair, the noise persists.
I contacted Honda customer service twice, requesting support, but no one has followed up or provided a solution. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and support. I expect immediate attention to resolve this issue properly and ensure my car performs as it should.
