Honda's Exorbitant Price for Periodic Maintenance Rationalized by Headquarters as Free Economy
I have a 2022 model vehicle. I contacted Antalya Honda dealer for periodic maintenance and they asked for thousands!! I talked to the Elazığ dealer and he gave a price of 4,000. I complained to the headquarters because the price difference was exorbitant. Headquarters said it is a free market and we cannot interfere. I thought I would have it done in the free market in the industry. They said we will void your warranty. I had to have it done by Honda, but Honda does not have a control mechanism. I asked if Honda was sending the part and they said yes. When I asked why the price was different, he said free market. Are you kidding me? Does anyone know the e-mail address of Honda in Japan? Do not buy a Honda vehicle, service issue is a regret
