Brand-New Honda City Fails to Start Since Day One and Still No Solution
I bought a brand-new 2021 Honda City 4D 1.5 Executive OTM PE model, and since the very first day, the car sometimes makes a strange noise and fails to start when I press the start button. It only starts after waiting a few minutes and trying repeatedly. I’ve taken it to several authorized service centers with this complaint. They all said they didn’t know the cause and sent me away. I went to the authorized services in Altunizade, Beylikdüzü, and Yenibosna, showed them a video of the issue, and even left the car with them for a few days, but they returned it without fixing the problem. Are they seriously waiting for the warranty to expire so I’ll have to pay for it? This is clearly a factory defect. I’ve been dealing with it for years, paying service fees, and still haven’t found a solution. This is unacceptable from Honda, and the same goes for their authorized service centers. Fixing my car is your responsibility, and you are clearly failing to fulfill it.
