Urgent Complaint Regarding Fuel Pump Issue – Honda Forza 250 (2021)
Dear Honda Japan Customer Service, I am the owner of a 2021 Honda Forza 250. Recently, I took my motorcycle to an authorized service center due to a failure to start. After inspection, the service team informed me that the fuel pump was faulty and needed replacement, despite the motorcycle having only 11,000 km of use. What is even more concerning is that the replacement cost was quoted at ₺18,000, which is an unacceptable amount. As a responsible owner, I have ensured that all maintenance has been carried out on time and as recommended. Despite this, encountering such a critical failure at such low mileage is deeply disappointing. Additionally, a repair cost amounting to approximately 10% of the second-hand value of the motorcycle significantly affects the brand’s reliability and reputation. Currently, my motorcycle is still at the Honda service center(Doğu Batı Honda/İstanbul, Turkiye), and I am waiting for further information regarding the resolution of this issue. I kindly request a reasonable solution as soon as possible.
Honda brand's understanding of customer satisfaction is zero. I called customer service myself, left a note, they informed me that they saw my complaint and entered a note saying your warranty has expired. But they didn't even bother to call back. Definitely do not choose this brand, you will regret it.
Despite leaving dozens of complaint records, the brand still hasn't responded. It's of course your decision whether or not to choose such an indifferent and irresponsible brand, but I will definitely not choose this brand.
