2022 Honda City Left Side Mirror Won't Fold

My 2022 Honda City has been having issues with the left side mirror for nearly a year - it just won't fold in. I took it to the Maltepe Honda Mutluhan Service to get the problem fixed, and they made a service record for it. But it's been a whole year and I'm still waiting for the part to show up. I haven't gotten any updates or calls from the service center. Despite reaching out to them over the phone, I still haven't received a clear response or any further communication.

Honda provides a 6-year warranty, but they seem to be having difficulty resolving a basic mirror problem. This wait time is just not okay.
