Homend Waffle Maker Not Heating Up When Plugged In

Three months ago, I purchased a waffle maker from the brand Homend for my home. When I tried to use it ten days ago, I discovered that it was not heating up when plugged into the socket. The next day, I created a request with the technical service and sent it via courier. I was informed that the device would be checked, and they would contact me within 20 working days. The following day, I received a message via WhatsApp from Homend: "Hello, we are Homend. You sent us the device. In order for us to refund you for the device you purchased, we ask you to provide us with the purchase receipt for your device." I replied that I didn't want a refund; I wanted the same product. However, they said they didn't have that device and couldn't replace it. I wrote again that I wanted to repair my device, but they did not respond to my messages. Today, I received a message: "Since 5 working days have passed, and you have not provided us with the receipt, we are obliged to return your device without processing." I don't understand why they insist on a receipt for a refund when I only wanted a repair. They are playing games with me. I will take the matter to arbitration if the issue is not resolved.

"When I was directed to your service for the malfunction of the 5002 coffeebreak filter coffee machine that I purchased from Watsons, your service decided to issue a refund under warranty. However, I have been passed back and forth like a football between Homend and Watsons without a resolution, and ultimately Watsons has informed me that they will not process my refund. Given that the product belongs to the Homend/Karaca brand, why am I being passed to Watsons? Why is the manufacturer not standing behind the product, leaving me caught in the middle and aggrieved? Normally, the compensation for this defective product concerns the manufacturer, not the seller. I request either the replacement of my product with the same product or the compensation of my refund by you."
