Hello, Homend! The coffee maker we got from you stopped working after just 2 days. We got it fixed, but then it broke again after we got it back. This problem happened around 3 to 4 times, and every time the device was sent for repair, but it came back with the same issue. We recommended a different option, but Homend provided a device that was not as good. We said no, and Homend said they'll send whatever they have in their warehouse. So, they sent us a broken device, blamed us, and offered a lower-quality model. We're never gonna buy from Homend again. It's been a while, but the problem still hasn't been fixed. Homend is really disappointing.
