Homend 3062H Mixer Not Repairable

I purchased a Homend Profashion 3062H Anthracite Gold mixer from the Emsan store located in Ankara Taurus AVM around mid‑2023. Before the warranty period expired, the mixer broke down. I sent the product to the service, and I was informed that there were no spare parts available and that it could not be repaired. After this, Homend issued an explanatory return slip for me and told me that I could receive my refund from the store where I purchased the product. When I went to the Taurus AVM Emsan store with the Homend return slip, the store staff told me that this document was not valid for them and that they were not the party responsible towards me. Thus, they refused to process my refund. When I contacted Homend again and explained that the store did not accept the return slip, I was simply told that “this is how the process works” and the problem was not resolved. At the moment, the only document I have regarding this process is the return invoice/slip issued in 2024. As a customer whose product has been confirmed as non‑repairable due to lack of spare parts, I find it unacceptable that both Homend and the Taurus AVM Emsan store are avoiding responsibility and leaving me without a solution. I request that the price of my mixer be refunded to me together with the legal interest for the period I have been kept waiting, or that a similar equivalent product be provided to me without any additional cost. If this issue is not resolved, I am prepared to exercise my legal rights and I believe that this situation negatively affects the brand’s image in the eyes of customers. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that my refund or product replacement be carried out without any further delay.
