22Bet Won’t Let Me Withdraw My CHF 598 Balance

I have been experiencing a serious issue with my 22Bet account registered in South Africa regarding the withdrawal of my funds. On my new account, I have a balance of CHF 598 in my main CHF account that I am unable to withdraw. I have been trying to make a withdrawal since 19 June 2026, but all withdrawal options for the CHF main account are greyed out and cannot be selected. However, when I switch to a different currency account, those same withdrawal methods suddenly appear as available, which shows that the methods themselves are active but blocked for my CHF balance. This CHF balance can still be used for betting without any problem, so the issue is clearly limited to withdrawals. On my previous 22Bet account I had successfully withdrawn from a CHF balance multiple times before I deleted that account, so I know that withdrawals in this currency are normally possible. On this new account, this is my first withdrawal attempt and I am facing this blockage. Throughout the day I have contacted 22Bet customer support multiple times. Each time I receive the same generic responses, saying that the withdrawal methods are “down”, that they will “come back”, or that the issue is out of their control, without giving any concrete solution, timeline, or alternative way to access my money. This situation is very frustrating, because I can still risk my funds by betting but I cannot withdraw what I have already won. I request that my CHF 598 balance be withdrawn and paid out to me without further delay, or that you immediately enable the withdrawal options for my CHF account so I can process the withdrawal myself. I expect this to be resolved promptly and for my access to my own funds to be restored.
