I Face an Unauthorized Transaction from myiq.com Without My Consent
On October 8, 2025, at 3:35 a.m., a transaction of ₺1,500 was made from my My IQ account without my knowledge or permission. I am the account holder, and my username is Sıla G*****.** This transaction was completely unauthorized, and I have never experienced anything like this before.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank and had my account closed for security reasons. However, I have not received any notification, response, or solution from My IQ, nor have I taken any further steps since then.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved and that the unauthorized ₺1,500 transaction be refunded to me as soon as possible.
