Refund Request From Hint

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made by Hint.app to my credit card. On December 13th, 2025, an amount of 44.99 CAD was taken from my credit card for what appears to be an automatic subscription, even though I had only agreed to pay 1 CAD for a single sketch. I was never informed about or did not consent to any recurring subscription or additional payment beyond that one-time purchase, and I do not know which subscription or service this 44.99 CAD charge relates to. I am using Hint.app from Montreal, Canada, and as soon as I noticed this unauthorized transaction, I contacted Hint.app support. However, I have repeatedly received the same email asking me for the same information that I have already provided multiple times, without any concrete resolution or refund, which has been very frustrating. I request a full refund of the 44.99 CAD that was charged without my consent and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my account. In addition, I want my account to be permanently deleted and all my personal and payment details removed from your systems so that no further unauthorized charges can occur.
